We’ve been supporting communities in Bristol and Avon and Somerset since 2020. As a police monitoring organisation we act as advocates and volunteer caseworkers. If you want to make a complaint about the police or need assistance in getting a good solicitor to fight your corner we can help.
We are completely independent of the police but with your consent can manage complaints about the police on your behalf. We understand the police can create trauma and stress. We act as a buffer for the community and also offer court support and ongoing support.
Our casework team has lived experience of stop and search and police harassment and has a good understanding of our rights when it comes to encounters with the police on the street. We can also help you raise awareness about issues with the police.
